This week’s sermon on Revelation 4:1–6 invites us to see into the heavenly throne room—a vision rich with imagery from across Scripture. As John is summoned by a trumpet voice, echoes of Numbers, Daniel, and Ezekiel frame his awe-inspiring vision. We behold the throne of God, radiant with jasper, carnelian, and an emerald rainbow; surrounded by twenty-four elders in white robes and golden crowns; and alive with lightning, thunder, and fire. Before the throne lies a sea like crystal. Come and be lifted in worship as we glimpse the majesty and holiness of the One who reigns.
