God’s people are at rock bottom. They are stuck in exile and have just found out that their capital city has been destroyed. As a nation, they are as good as dead. What hope do they have? Ezekiel, who has proved himself a prophet by predicting the fall of Jerusalem against expectations, has his mouth opened again by the LORD. Through Ezekiel, the LORD offers a message of life and hope. He starts by promising to deal with rotten leadership and come and lead his people himself. But will God’s people listen this time?
