Scripture: Luke 12:54-13:9
Speaking to the crowds in the villages of Judea, Jesus urges them to recognise him, understand the time they live and to act appropriately. He challenges them to respond to his coming now as God’s king on his way to Jerusalem and in light of his return in judgment.
