This week’s sermon on Revelation 13:1–10 introduces the beast from the sea—a terrifying figure echoing Daniel’s visions and empowered by the defeated, yet still dangerous, dragon. This beast is a blasphemous counterfeit of the Lord God: claiming divine authority, demanding worship, and making war on the saints. In the first century, this pointed to the Roman Empire; today, it challenges us to recognise and resist the powers that oppose God. The call remains the same: listen, endure, and remain faithful. Join us as we explore how to stand firm in a world of false authority and spiritual conflict.
